Responsibilities
- Design and develop reusable, responsive, and WCAG-accessible components.
- Maintain and organize the Design Token system and collaborate with developers and designers.
- Continuously improve the React component library with the latest frontend technologies.
- Implement CI/CD, unit tests, integration tests, and visual regression tests for seamless deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance components.
- Advocate for best practices and guidelines for scalable and maintainable code.
- Mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS (preferably SCSS), and JavaScript.
- Experience with component libraries, design systems, and design tokens.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience with frontend tooling and migration, preferably Vite and Codemod.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library and Cypress.
- Experience working closely with designers using Figma.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and ownership-driven with a commitment to delivering solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
