Base Salary
$169k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions.
- Write production-quality code, build automated tests, and own implementations through production deployment.
- Translate domain strategies into system-level implementations while maintaining architectural integrity and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance through code reviews and strategic architectural decisions.
- Champion DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and incident management practices.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks, automate manual processes, and improve developer experience.
- Mentor engineers across teams and collaborate with stakeholders on complex technical concepts and platform strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus six years of software engineering or related experience, or eight years of software engineering or related experience.
- Extensive experience leading the design and development of scalable, cloud-native software systems and AI-powered solutions.
- Strong current hands-on coding expertise and end-to-end implementation experience from detailed design through production deployment.
- Experience with operational excellence, including DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and incident management.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, platform design, collaboration, mentorship, and technical judgment skills.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field and four years of software engineering or related experience.
- Preferred: experience with inclusive digital experiences, WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
