Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues across critical business applications.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning.
- Participate in incident management and cross-functional problem resolution.
- Help implement support processes and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and participate actively in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services is required.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring, performance tuning, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to work independently, serve as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
