Responsibilities
- Apply AI-enabled engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Use AI and LLM technologies for requirements analysis, solution design, impact assessment, traceability, fit-gap analysis, and Oracle Cloud upgrade assessments.
- Use AI-assisted tools to generate, optimize, refactor, reverse-engineer, and modernize code across Oracle SCM applications.
- Develop Oracle SCM customizations, integrations, extensions, reports, and automation solutions.
- Build AI-powered functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing strategies.
- Use AI for test-case and test-data generation, defect identification, regression maintenance, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and predictive quality insights.
- Integrate AI-assisted code reviews, security analysis, static code scanning, and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Generate deployment documentation, release notes, implementation guides, and operational runbooks with AI.
- Support AI-driven deployment automation, environment management, monitoring, analytics, and Oracle quarterly release readiness.
- Measure and communicate business outcomes from AI adoption, including productivity, quality, testing, deployment, and incident-resolution improvements.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS applications.
- Proven track record of applying AI across the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, GitHub Copilot, Oracle Code Assist, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns.
- Experience developing with PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, VBCS, OIC, and APEX.
- Experience with Oracle SCM customizations, integrations, extensions, reports, automation, and modernization initiatives.
- Ability to quantify measurable outcomes from AI adoption, such as reduced development cycle time, improved code quality, lower defect rates, reduced testing effort, faster deployments, and faster incident resolution.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing, code review, documentation generation, deployment automation, and operational support.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, and OCI Generative AI.
