Base Salary
$146k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end product capabilities across frontend and backend systems.
- Develop user experiences with TypeScript and React and services and APIs with Go, Python, or comparable tools.
- Translate customer problems and product goals into technical designs and incremental delivery plans.
- Own features from discovery and design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and engineering teams to balance usability, performance, reliability, and time to value.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and improve observability, operational health, and system quality.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and operating production software professionally, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Experience contributing across both frontend and backend layers and working at the API boundary.
- Experience with a backend language such as Go, Python, Rust, or an equivalent language.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React and a typed language such as TypeScript.
- Experience designing or consuming APIs and working with backend services, data stores, or asynchronous systems.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to connect technical decisions to customer outcomes.
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
