Base Salary
$125k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze product requirements and produce high-quality, production-ready code and user experiences.
- Build and maintain user-facing features spanning database models, backend services, APIs, and UI components.
- Own product workflow and deliver work autonomously from initial requirements through deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design partners and lead initiatives to improve user experience.
- Maintain system health and codebase quality through refactoring and improvements.
- Write clear specifications and drive large releases using a continuous deployment cadence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience across frontend and backend development.
- Strong React fundamentals and experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Ability to create intuitive, consumer-oriented experiences and influence product direction.
- Strong communication skills and a bias toward action and execution.
- Applicants must be based in the United States.
