Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack SaaS features using NestJS and React from prototype through production.
- Own features end-to-end and contribute to product roadmap, prioritization, and opportunity definition.
- Engage with customers through support, feedback sessions, user testing, and collaboration with partners or sales teams.
- Use product discovery, hypotheses, experiments, and metrics to validate needs and guide iteration.
- Work autonomously in a deep-focus environment with minimal meetings and pragmatic scope management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience delivering end-to-end SaaS features.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; NestJS experience is strongly preferred.
- Substantial backend and frontend experience shipping customer-facing applications end-to-end.
- Native German language proficiency and fluent English communication skills.
- Experience working directly with customers, partners, or sales teams to understand pain points and define product value.
- Comfort with product discovery, experimentation, hypotheses, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bonus experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, deploying AI services on European cloud infrastructure, or working with GDPR and EU AI Act considerations.
Benefits

- Annual salary range of 80,000 to 120,000 EUR.
