Responsibilities
- Establish and support Argano’s technical architecture practice, standards, and methodology.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define, document, present, and maintain technical architectures for complex client engagements.
- Research and evaluate technologies, architectures, middleware, and opportunities for innovation and automation.
- Lead technical discussions with clients, stakeholders, and C-level executives.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to development and technical staff.
- Coordinate technical leadership for project planning, analysis, design, development, and implementation.
- Design extensions and custom solutions for requirements not met by standard systems.
- Support operational monitoring of technical interfaces and extensions.
- Work with business users on end-to-end testing, issue resolution, and production migration documentation.
- Ensure coding standards, architectural best practices, version control, and solution documentation are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
- Experience in client-facing roles focused on understanding and meeting client needs.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of technology stacks, platforms, and frameworks, with proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Ability to create comprehensive architectural documentation and diagrams.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, client-engagement, project-planning, and collaboration skills.
