Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable serverless web application features across the full stack.
- Own implementation plans for moderately complex tasks and deliver maintainable solutions.
- Write clean, testable, efficient code optimized for performance and observability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to system reliability and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on defined topics.
- Participate in DevOps processes including CI/CD workflows, containerization, and observability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align features with customer needs and business objectives.
- Learn new skills, integrate best practices, and use serverless technologies for instant scalability.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining scalable and maintainable software applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Django and React.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and frontend development.
- Knowledge of cloud development using AWS, GCP, or similar environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including containerization, CI/CD workflows, and observability tools such as Datadog and Grafana.
- Effective collaboration, learning, mentoring, requirements analysis, and business-aligned delivery skills.
