Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise full-stack applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Develop, enhance, and integrate scalable front-end and back-end software solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns.
- Use LLM copilots and AgentAI tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Incorporate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
- Act as a liaison between traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to promote AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, and responsible-AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts such as RAG and the limitations of LLMs.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, .NET and C#, or Python for enterprise development, automation, and AI API integration.
- Front-end development experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Understanding of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native technologies, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI services and improve engineering productivity without training models or designing ML architectures.
