Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Implementation teams to understand customer requirements and design scalable shipping solutions.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design discussions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Demonstrate ShipperHQ’s solutions for complex shipping and fulfillment challenges.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and customer-facing teams to improve processes and customer success.
- Identify product gaps and customer friction points and provide input to Product roadmap priorities.
- Develop technical enablement resources, product knowledge, and implementation best practices.
- Stay current on e-commerce platforms, integrations, shipping trends, and industry developments.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through consultative technical guidance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role in a SaaS environment.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions and managing proof-of-concept engagements.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and modern SaaS integrations.
- Familiarity with Shopify, including checkout extensibility, Adobe Commerce/Magento, BigCommerce, and/or shipping, carrier rating, and order management.
- Strongly preferred: experience with HubSpot and building internal tools or improving operational workflows.
- Strong curiosity, consultative problem-solving ability, ownership, follow-through, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with customers and cross-functional teams.
