Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable software architectures and integrate enterprise systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and perform performance tuning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead software development best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- Pega Platform CSA and CSSA certifications.
- Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize software components.
- Familiarity with enterprise system and API integrations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
