Base Salary
$164k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise software applications using programming and scripting languages, business process toolsets, data modeling techniques, and reporting tools.
- Design and implement system modules and data layouts while leading design discussions and documenting functional and technical specifications.
- Perform full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, unit and functional testing, debugging, and defect resolution with Quality Assurance.
- Administer release management, version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment processes in coordination with IT teams.
- Develop EDI interfaces and HIPAA-compliant transaction sets using enterprise EDI solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, conduct technology overview sessions, and demonstrate software solutions to leadership and product stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in the offered position or a related position.
- At least 36 months of experience with enterprise relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
- At least 24 months of experience designing and implementing service-oriented architectures using SOAP and REST-based APIs.
- At least 12 months of experience with modern source control systems, branching concepts, and release management processes including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- At least 36 months of experience with test-driven development, unit testing, and mocking frameworks.
- At least 36 months of experience developing EDI interfaces and HIPAA-compliant transaction sets.
- At least 36 months of experience with RedPoint, CorePoint, or Edifecs EDI solutions.
- At least 24 months of experience with the department’s source control system, application lifecycle management toolset, and release management process.
- At least 36 months of experience with high issue resolution and advanced solutioning.
