Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for software platforms and applications.
Analyze and communicate test results and track defects.
Perform white-box, black-box, manual, API-level, integration, performance, and scalability testing.
Design, develop, maintain, and extend automated testing frameworks, tools, and libraries for iOS applications.
Collaborate with iOS developers, product managers, release engineers, technology teams, third parties, and product owners.
Provide testing estimates, mentor the Scrum team on testing practices, and contribute to Agile team activities.
Own software testing infrastructure and improve product quality across development and production usage.
Support production releases each sprint and research or recommend testing tools.
Use Xcode, ADB commands, emulator and simulator environments, TestRail or Zephyr, Jira, and related testing tools.

3–7 years of industry experience.
Experience with XCUITest or Appium for iOS testing.
Solid understanding of iOS application architecture, Xcode, and the iOS SDK.
Experience testing simulators, real devices, and tools such as TestFlight or Firebase Test Lab.
Experience testing and automating secure REST APIs.
Hands-on scripting or coding experience with automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Pytest, TestNG, Mocha, Chai, NightwatchJS, or CodeceptJS.
Experience with Git, CI tools, and cloud-based device farms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or HeadSpin.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in JavaScript is preferred but not required.
