Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-quality cloud-native applications.
- Write secure, maintainable code using SOLID principles, design patterns, and OWASP guidelines.
- Develop microservices, containerised applications, and event-driven components.
- Implement TDD, integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Support SRE practices including observability, resilience engineering, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical direction, coach and mentor developers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Shape engineering frameworks, patterns, internal standards, recruitment, onboarding, and capability development.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET or Python.
- Modern front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Advanced Azure experience or equivalent experience with AWS or GCP.
- Strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Strong SQL Server and Entity Framework capabilities.
- Experience with test-driven development, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP principles.
