Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Speakeasy’s AI control-plane product for managing MCPs, Skills, and Assistants.
- Work across frontend, backend, web infrastructure, and open protocols such as MCP.
- Own the full development lifecycle, including building, shipping, support, infrastructure maintenance, and impact measurement.
- Create performant and intuitive customer-facing experiences across dashboards and terminals.
- Collaborate directly with founders, customers, go-to-market teams, and other engineers on product decisions.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
Requirements
- Strong generalist or product engineering experience with the ability to work across frontend and backend systems.
- Experience architecting and scaling modern web infrastructure, building web services in Golang, or working with open protocols such as MCP.
- Demonstrated ownership and agency in improving customer-facing experiences.
- Ability to learn and adopt new frameworks quickly.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents.
- Ability to work in person at the company’s San Francisco office.
