Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
  • Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow issues through automation optimization.
  • Develop and execute automated functional, regression, and integration test cases.
  • Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Implement efficient test data management and provisioning strategies.
  • Customize Playwright reports and libraries and maintain automated testing tools.
  • Troubleshoot automated test issues and analyze results to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Lead end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, releases, integrations, APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.
  • Validate Salesforce workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, custom objects, and configuration changes.
  • Establish quality metrics, defect trends, release governance, environment strategies, and release readiness practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with developers, administrators, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Use AI-assisted developer and testing tools and apply intelligent test generation, test optimization, and automated defect analysis concepts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 5 years focused on test automation using Java and a testing tool.
  • Proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and other automation tools.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages.
  • Experience testing web services, web UI, APIs, mobile applications, and Salesforce applications.
  • Extensive experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
  • Experience validating Salesforce integrations, business processes, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, automation logic, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and custom objects.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and working with Postgres and Snowflake.
  • Experience leveraging AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda for test automation.
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies and strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT for test design and automation development.
