Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise Salesforce implementations through discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
- Manage client projects, schedules, budgets, implementation quality, and progress.
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, custom development, integrations, user interfaces, and data migration requirements.
- Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs, builds, tests, and deployments.
- Lead client discovery meetings and establish an understanding of business processes.
- Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and cultivate business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a listed related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate related experience, or a master's degree and four years of related experience.
- At least three years of Salesforce.com implementation experience, including hands-on configuration and customization with teams of five or more people.
- At least three years of Salesforce CRM end-to-end implementation experience.
- At least three years of experience translating business requirements into IT solutions.
- At least three years of experience configuring Salesforce.com, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflows.
- At least three years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems and working with relational database concepts.
- At least three years of experience as a technology consultant for a professional services firm.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain Salesforce Administration Certification within one year of hire.
