Base Salary
$166k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations through discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
- Manage client projects, including schedules, budgets, progress, quality, and delivery.
- Develop and integrate user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
- Oversee Salesforce configuration and development with project managers and technical architects.
- Define specifications for custom code and data migration requirements with developers.
- Lead client discovery meetings to identify system requirements and business processes.
- Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Maintain client relationships and networks while cultivating business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or a related field plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate related experience, or a relevant master’s degree plus four years of related experience.
- At least three years of Salesforce.com implementation experience, including hands-on configuration and customization with teams of five or more people.
- At least three years of Salesforce CRM end-to-end implementation experience.
- At least three years of experience translating business requirements into IT solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design and build, testing, and deployment.
- At least three years of experience configuring Salesforce.com, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflows.
- At least three years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems.
- At least three years of experience with relational database concepts and as a technology consultant for a professional services firm.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain Salesforce Administration Certification within one year of hire.
- Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
- Requires travel up to 50%, including international travel up to 10%.
