Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy LLM applications, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and scientific AI solutions.
  • Build scalable AI services supporting engineering copilots and knowledge assistants.
  • Fine-tune and optimize foundation models and develop embedding pipelines, vector search systems, and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Evaluate model performance, hallucination rates, and business impact.
  • Develop production-quality systems, APIs, and reusable AI services.
  • Integrate AI solutions with on-premises systems, Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS.
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead architecture reviews, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 3 years of AI/ML experience.
  • Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, Transformers, LLMs, and vector databases.
  • Experience building production AI systems.
  • Preferred experience with Agentic AI, Multimodal AI, AI Observability, LangGraph, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Semiconductor domain knowledge is preferred.
