Base Salary
$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build components and services that integrate AI design patterns into the HackerOne platform.
- Contribute to the evolution of the cloud-based AI security agent Hai.
- Implement features for AI red teaming agents to identify risks in AI systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Security Research, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop and integrate APIs for secure interactions between AI models and services.
- Use metrics and telemetry to validate model behavior and improve performance.
- Break down complex AI and security problems into scalable solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI security trends and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience implementing distributed system features in production-grade AI or ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers.
- Familiarity with model deployment workflows and MLOps concepts.
- Understanding of responsible AI development and AI safety considerations.
- Must be able and willing to come to the office once per week.
