Base Salary
$82k - $131k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical liaison for assigned agencies, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Serve as the primary onsite owner of Dedrone system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.
- Coordinate, schedule, and execute hardware and software deployments.
- Oversee hardware logistics including shipping, staging, and inventory tracking.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for hardware and software releases.
- Respond quickly to critical technical issues as a crisis manager.
- Represent agency needs and feedback internally at Axon.
- Guide agencies in developing operational workflows and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
- Schedule and manage system updates and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Provide role-based training to technical users and develop training materials.
- Work onsite with customers to resolve issues and support deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in technical account management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and deploying complex systems.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting distributed environments.
- Familiarity with Linux or command-line interfaces is preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working across engineering, product, sales, and support teams.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience coordinating deployments and managing timelines.
- Experience using tools like Power BI or SQL for reporting is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite and be available outside normal business hours.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
- Experience with law enforcement or public safety agencies is preferred.
- Familiarity with drone/UAS systems is a plus.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus; FAA Part 107 certification is required.
