Responsibilities

Lead a technical implementation team through all aspects of PLM solution delivery.
Transform customer requirements into technical solutions using the Aras Innovator architecture and applications.
Facilitate workshops, develop solutions, and build stakeholder consensus for timely delivery aligned with business value.
Lead and support the development of requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.
Perform solution analysis, develop customer-facing proposals, and contribute to statements of work.
Contribute to continuous improvement of PLM solution delivery processes.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal project managers while providing technical leadership and overall ownership of solution delivery.

At least 5 years of experience with enterprise software implementations in an architect role, preferably in PLM.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience in one or more relevant verticals, including automotive, consumer products, high-tech electronics, medical devices, aerospace, defense, or shipbuilding.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including handling difficult customer situations.
Ability to create clear requirements, statements of work, specification documents, and use cases.
Fluent English and Swedish communication skills for an international environment.
Swedish citizenship is required because security clearance in Sweden will be needed for some assignments.
Willingness to travel up to 25% within the Nordic region.
Preferred experience may include engineering design, engineering change processes, phase-gate project management, quality systems processes, manufacturing process planning, CMII change management, systems engineering, requirements engineering, maintenance design, configuration management, or variant management.
