Responsibilities
- Create architecture diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes, and other system and infrastructure design documentation.
- Partner with customers to identify, deploy, and support packaged and custom-developed solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implement them using Digital Technology Standard Work.
- Solve system and environmental limitations and communicate technical solutions to business and customer stakeholders.
- Manage data migration between environments and compile customer data into interactive diagrams and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or a related technical field and 8+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development and configuration experience, or an advanced degree and 5+ years of such experience.
- Hands-on expertise with JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET and/or ASP.NET.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, SQL, SharePoint Online, Visual Studio, Jira, GitHub, and CRM SDK.
- Experience with web APIs, ETL-based data migration, and tools such as SSIS or KingswaySoft.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization solutions.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technology and communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to the program or contract.
