Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the empowered payment developer team and its agile events.
- Support solution design and analysis, including concepts and backlog refinement.
- Analyze and implement customer requirements in Avaloq for payments, settlement, and cash reconciliation.
- Perform programming, integration, testing, and rollout activities.
- Create and maintain in-house developments and interfaces.
- Operate instant payment as a container solution.
- Ensure delivery quality through shift-left practices and collaboration with the QA team.
- Use customer feedback to maintain satisfaction and adapt the product.
Requirements
- Proven Avaloq parametrization experience in payments or securities, or a strong business analysis background in payments or securities with the ambition to become an Avaloq Developer.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, DevOps, and Kanban.
- SAFe certification is advantageous.
- Systematic, structured, independent, resilient, and initiative-driven working style.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluency in English or German and at least conversational ability in the other language.
