Responsibilities
- Execute emulated firmware testing for battery, BMS, pump, connector, and integrated ecosystem components.
- Develop test cases covering firmware logic and timing revisions.
- Perform regression testing based on change content.
- Write Python code to emulate signals and automate test result analysis.
- Complete testing activities on schedule, raise bugs, follow up with teams for closure, and present testing metrics.
- Use Raspberry Pi and similar general-purpose systems as test tools.
- Develop GUIs and manage large numbers of test cases in a comprehensible manner.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of firmware testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi and Python.
- Knowledge of Linux, C, and C++.
- Experience with STM and TI microcontroller programming and development boards.
- Knowledge of CAN, SPI, I2C, and RS485 communication.
- Capability to develop testing GUIs and manage large test-case sets.
- Knowledge of BMS and CMS.
- Experience working with Arduino, STM, and TI development boards.
- Methodological testing approach, discipline, quality focus, and resilient problem-solving attitude.
