Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized professional cybersecurity services within the Global Cybersecurity Center.
- Design, implement, develop, and tune software solutions and platforms supporting multidomain cybersecurity services.
- Develop web applications, frontend components, backend services, APIs, custom integrations, automation scripts, and ETL/data-processing pipelines.
- Integrate security platforms, application systems, data sources, SIEM, SOAR, and log-management systems.
- Evaluate technologies, configurations, processes, and workflows and propose improvements in effectiveness, efficiency, automation, and maintainability.
- Conduct technology scouting, benchmarking, and Proof-of-Concept or Proof-of-Value activities across software, automation, data engineering, AI, and cybersecurity.
- Engineer new services from prototyping through development guidance and present solutions to stakeholders and customers.
- Prepare project documentation and support the definition of service processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Provide technical guidance to customers, internal teams, suppliers, and technology partners while supporting milestones and delivery quality.
- Support bid teams by analyzing requirements, proposing technical solutions, planning projects, and estimating effort.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM discipline, preferably computer science or engineering, or equivalent background.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Security Engineer and/or Software Engineer.
- Full-stack software development experience, including React or equivalent frontend technologies, backend/API development, Python, REST architectures, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Experience developing automation, integration, and scripting components using Python and Bash.
- Experience designing and implementing ETL, data-ingestion, and data-processing pipelines.
- Knowledge of virtualized infrastructure, virtual machines, containers, and orchestration platforms; Kubernetes experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, code versioning, and software release management.
- Experience designing custom integrations among platforms, application systems, data sources, and security components.
- Basic knowledge of or experience integrating SIEM, SOAR, log-management, or Detection & Response tools.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Cloud Gateway, and/or TypeScript is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure and major hyperscalers including AWS, Azure, and GCP is preferred.
- Experience in SOC, managed security services provider, or cybersecurity projects is advantageous.
- Technical leadership, multidisciplinary collaboration, stakeholder communication, business-to-technical translation, continuous learning, and delivery quality skills.
- Strong English proficiency at approximately B1/B2 level or higher.
- Cloud, Software Engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps, or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
