Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region.
- Partner with the sales team to design secure OT network architectures.
- Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Guide customers through prequalification, architecture design, and deployment planning.
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging use cases for MetaDefender NetWall.
- Develop business cases, technical requirements, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate customer needs into product enhancements.
- Develop solution positioning and sales enablement materials.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry partners.
- Represent OPSWAT at industry conferences and technical events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in data networking technologies and protocols, including BGP and SD-WAN.
- Solid background in Operational Technology (OT) environments and industrial control systems.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
- Experience leading Proof-of-Concept engagements and technical solution design.
- Strong skills in technical documentation and business case development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging technical and executive stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region (approximately 25-30%).
