Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and implement business-critical applications, reports, and workflows.
- Build workflows with Microsoft Power Automate and apps with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Design and implement Microsoft SharePoint apps using SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
- Integrate solutions with backend APIs and the existing software ecosystem.
- Write clean, maintainable code using software design principles and patterns.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for functional and performance requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with stakeholders and subteams.
- Document software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Continuously improve technical skills and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the software engineering industry.
- 5+ years of experience building workflows with Microsoft Power Automate.
- 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft SharePoint apps using SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
- 5+ years of experience developing apps with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience integrating backend APIs and understanding REST/RPC, security, versioning, and data formats.
- Experience with Azure Functions, relational databases, and SQL queries.
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture and software design principles such as SOLID.
- Familiarity with Git, branching concepts, and basic Git commands.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Power Automate or SharePoint certifications, Azure certifications, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
