Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to showcase GitLab’s platform capabilities.
Drive the technical evaluation process, including solution design and proof of concept ownership.
Collaborate with sales teams to shape account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion.
Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders to guide them through digital transformation.
Advise customers on modern software development and cloud practices to improve ROI.
Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, sharing feedback and insights.
Maintain and extend technical expertise in GitLab and related technologies.
Invest in personal growth through ongoing learning and mentorship.

Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD and collaboration platforms.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
Ability to lead technical evaluations and design workshops.
Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
Skill in building trusted relationships and acting as a customer advocate.
