Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews and quality control checks.
- Debug and resolve technical problems.
- Produce and execute test cases to ensure software quality.
- Document code and application functionality.
- Keep current with emerging ServiceNow development trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Graduation or post-graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform development.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Familiarity with ITSM and at least one of ITOM, ITAM, or HRSD modules.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English.
