Responsibilities
- Drive threat modeling sessions to identify risks and ensure secure design principles are embedded in the SDLC.
- Evaluate system architectures and cloud environments, primarily AWS, for security alignment.
- Build and optimize security tools and automation pipelines to enhance security across development workflows.
- Leverage AI/ML to improve threat analysis and security operations efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and cloud teams to embed security in design and deployment processes.
- Independently own and drive application security initiatives for measurable improvements.
- Develop and refine security standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in application security, including threat modeling and architecture reviews.
- Proven expertise in architecture review and cloud security.
- Ability to apply AI/ML concepts to security use cases.
