Responsibilities
- Lead the development and customization of features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build and optimize Service Cloud functionalities to enhance agent productivity.
- Design and implement automation solutions using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
- Utilize Experience Builder to create responsive self-service portals and partner sites.
- Develop solutions for the Salesforce Billing lifecycle, including invoice generation and payment processing.
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Oversee code quality and architecture decisions for long-term maintainability.
- Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing and complex integrations.
- Strong command of Salesforce declarative tools and integration development.
- Proficiency with source control and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
