Responsibilities
- Design and build interactive demo experiences and sandbox environments for prospects.
- Create product-led growth portals and self-serve experiences across the tech stack.
- Develop computer-use agent applications for real financial institution workflows.
- Integrate GenAI/LLM pipelines into customer-facing demos and proof-of-concepts.
- Work across multiple codebases and stacks to ship features from design to production.
- Serve as the product expert in sales engagements, delivering custom demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor experiences for specific financial institution personas.
- Manage technical writing for business-critical RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
- Channel customer feedback to shape product and marketing roadmaps.
- Represent Interface.ai at client events and document client expectations.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of total technical experience with hands-on full-stack software engineering.
- Proven ability to ship products end-to-end with a focus on user experience.
- Experience integrating GenAI/LLMs into real applications, not just API wrappers.
- Strong B2C product experience applied to enterprise demos and self-serve experiences.
- Comfortable working across multiple codebases and stacks with high autonomy.
- Familiarity with computer-use or agentic application development.
- High agency and initiative in identifying and addressing gaps in the sales process.
- Engineering or computer science background is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
