Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and apply software engineering solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze and solve complex software engineering problems using scientific methods, original thought, and sound judgment.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of business activity.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while supporting client partnerships.
- Contribute significantly to the recruitment and development of people.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders as a team player.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to operate without supervision in highly complex environments and manage difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to demonstrate technical leadership, business understanding, commercial judgment, and negotiating principles.
- Ability to supervise and develop software engineers and contribute to recruitment and people development.
