Base Salary
$103k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support, analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing software applications in the Cotiviti product suite.
- Develop and execute solutions, enhancements, automation, and data requirements to improve system performance and availability.
- Diagnose and resolve software and process issues originating from internal or external customers.
- Apply software quality assurance practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Document application specifications, designs, features, operations, and related processes before production rollout.
- Deploy changes using automation tools and support databases, data processing pipelines, and production environments.
- Collaborate with developers, offshore teams, business owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to define accurate technical requirements.
- Receive escalations, provide task direction and feedback, and train or mentor team members.
- Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget and that technology standards are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 4–5 years of relevant industry experience.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Linux-based environments.
- 4–5 years of experience with Java frameworks.
- 4–5 years of experience deploying changes with automation tools such as Jenkins and Octopus.
- 4–5 years of experience with Ansible and/or scripting languages such as VBScript and PowerShell.
- 4–5 years of experience with databases and/or data processing pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Oracle SQL.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Broad and deep technical knowledge with the ability to solve technical business problems.
- Proven experience managing aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Experience with Docker or OpenShift containers preferred.
- Experience with JBoss preferred.
- Healthcare data experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to perform the duties with or without reasonable accommodation and provide a dedicated secure work area and high-speed internet access.
