Base Salary
$98k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for new-to-cloud public sector customers and guide them from their first workload through production.
- Partner with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritization, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and recommend AWS-based solutions for cost optimization, compliance, migrations, and platform gaps.
- Design and present foundational cloud architectures aligned with customer outcomes and public sector requirements.
- Lead workshops, proof-of-concept engagements, technical content creation, and migration-roadmap development.
- Create repeatable plays and enablement assets and contribute to mentorship, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices.
- Support RFI/RFP responses, coordinate with AWS service teams and partners, and communicate customer feedback to influence AWS services and features.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience with at least two of networking fundamentals, security, storage, relational or NoSQL databases, and Unix, Linux, or Windows operating systems.
- Experience designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
- Experience with Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, cloud-based technology implementation experience, customer-facing experience, and experience in cloud architecture, systems design, software development, infrastructure architecture, data engineering, or DevOps.

- Located in Arlington, Virginia; the base salary is stated as $98,200.00-$160,000.00 annually, with potential sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
