Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end GenAI application solutions from backend services through user-facing interfaces.
- Build reusable, responsive, and accessible UI components with Angular and React.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Java, Python, FastAPI, GraphQL, and gRPC.
- Architect and maintain distributed microservices, asynchronous workflows, and production systems integrating ML models.
- Manage workflow orchestration, asynchronous task queues, automated testing, containerization, and cloud-native deployments.
- Optimize frontend rendering, bundle size, backend performance, fault tolerance, and system reliability.
- Lead UI testing with Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, and Karma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical, product, and UX teams to deliver GenAI-powered products.
- Mentor junior developers, promote coding standards, and drive frontend and backend best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a full stack or combined backend/frontend engineer.
- Strong Java and Python skills with experience in microservices and distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of FastAPI, OpenAPI, gRPC, and asynchronous workflows.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases and distributed technologies including Kafka, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Expert experience with Angular and React, including TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Strong knowledge of state-management frameworks such as Redux and NgRx.
- Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant enterprise user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of security best practices across the technology stack.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
