Base Salary
$231k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and optimization of the Identity platform.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for IAM in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance support for the Common Identity platform.
- Drive professional development and growth initiatives for team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of hands-on application architecture and development experience using Java, including experience with enterprise-grade Security or Networking products.
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols, specifically SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols such as PKI and TLS.
- Expert-level knowledge of Enterprise Java, object-oriented programming, object-oriented analysis, systems architecture, RESTful APIs, and related frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and container infrastructure.
- Experience with Java reactive programming is preferred.
