Base Salary
$231k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Practice technical leadership in design, development, and optimization of the Identity platform.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for IAM, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance support for the Common Identity platform.
- Drive professional development and growth initiatives for team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in application architecture and development using Java.
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols, specifically SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Expert-level technical knowledge in Enterprise Java, OOP, OOA, systems architecture, RESTful APIs, and related frameworks.
- Expert in Kubernetes and container infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Security Protocols such as PKI and TLS.
