Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, upgrades, interfaces, deployment, monitoring, and implementation activities.
- Prepare documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements, gather feedback, resolve queries, and support timely delivery.
- Ensure code quality, accurate reporting, adherence to project standards, and positive customer interactions.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current technical skills.
Requirements
- Ability to understand software requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software development activities.
- Experience or capability in software coding, testing, debugging, maintenance, and validation automation.
- Ability to analyze problems, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend software or system improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and functional teams.
- Strong documentation, reporting, customer communication, and status-tracking capabilities.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow best practices, and complete relevant certifications.
