Senior Product Engineer - Angular, Full Stack

Responsibilities

  • Own product features end to end, from customer conversations, analytics, and strategy through MVP development, production release, iteration, and ongoing success.
  • Design, develop, and scale Angular applications, including component architecture, state management, design system decisions, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with backend teams using Go, Node.js, and Python to design APIs and deliver full-stack user experiences.
  • Engage directly with customers, participate in support rotations, and use analytics and observability to understand product usage.
  • Instrument features, define success metrics, run experiments and A/B tests, and use data to guide product decisions.
  • Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and similar AI-assisted development tools as part of daily development.
  • Improve frontend build tooling, testing workflows, component libraries, and deployment speed, safety, and reliability.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Testing while mentoring developers on technical and product challenges.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of full-stack software development experience with a strong frontend focus and experience shipping SaaS products end to end.
  • Proficiency with Angular or a similar modern framework and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, reactive patterns, and performance optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Go, Node.js, and Python for backend collaboration and API design.
  • Daily fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
  • Experience with PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel and with experimentation, feature flags, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, navigate ambiguity, and make sound product and technical decisions.
  • Experience mentoring developers and collaborating across disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
