Base Salary
$117k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support key technical projects across business units.
- Transfer project knowledge and key information to other RISE Engineers.
- Network with mentors and Intuitive employees to develop organizational understanding and professional growth.
- Attend RISE training sessions focused on technical and professional skills.
Requirements
- Strong technical ability to learn new concepts and apply them to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and follow manager guidance, work direction, and deadlines.
- Excellent written, oral, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Competence in C, C++, C#, and Python.
- Strong writing and Microsoft Office skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with robots or electromechanical devices; knowledge of QNX, Linux, Eclipse, embedded software, and MATLAB; and strong agentic AI engineering skills.
