Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, implement, test, and maintain application components.
- Build responsive, user-friendly analytical dashboard interfaces and product applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Own feature development from concept through deployment while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Work with the Support team to resolve user issues and provide workarounds for significant problems.
- Tune application performance across service levels and incorporate design changes to improve performance.
- Contribute to UI platform technologies, standards, and architecture.
- Lead and mentor junior developers and guide engineers in modern front-end development practices.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and modern web development, including Angular or React.
- At least 2 years of experience developing web-based user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of UI usability and single-page web applications.
- Experience with RESTful web services.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and native SQL.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and learn new frameworks and technology stacks.
- Self-directed approach and ability to ship code quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of SVG-based charting libraries such as D3.js is preferred.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins is preferred.
