Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including custom entities, fields, workflows, business rules, security roles, data capture, and pipeline management.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for sales and commercial process automation.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, data models, visualizations, and commercial KPI reporting.
- Validate, cleanse, and maintain CRM data while implementing governance, compliance, and data completeness controls.
- Support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and reporting pipelines, forecasting tools, finance systems, and other internal systems.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation, conduct UAT and regression testing, manage change requests and releases, and provide CRM user support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, promote adoption and best practices, and measure the impact of automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration or development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with CRM data modeling, workflow automation, reporting frameworks, SQL, data transformation, and dashboard development.
- Understanding of sales processes, commercial governance, and pipeline reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional delivery skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, regulated environments, sales operations, or commercial office functions is preferred.
