Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Blue Yonder ESP supply planning solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable designs, planning models, network designs, constraints, and heuristics.
- Configure and develop ESP modules for supply planning, inventory balancing, pegging, constrained planning, and inventory optimization.
- Customize ESP engines and manage planning parameters, supply chain hierarchies, master data, and rule-based planning logic.
- Guide ESP integration with Demand Planning, ERP, MRP, MES, and Google Data Lake systems.
- Provide technical leadership to implementation teams and consultants, reviewing design documents and ensuring Blue Yonder standards are followed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, conduct workshops and training, and serve as the primary contact for solution design decisions and issue resolution.
- Identify planning, configuration, and data integration improvements and support hypercare, production support, and transition to steady-state operations.
- Evaluate emerging Blue Yonder capabilities and contribute to process documentation and enablement sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including at least 5+ years in Blue Yonder ESP architecture or implementation.
- Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and deploying Blue Yonder ESP modules, including Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Manufacturing Planning.
- Experience managing Control-M, using MAP solver, and interpreting solver outputs to optimize planning results.
- Strong understanding of constrained and unconstrained planning algorithms, pegging, and network optimization.
- Scripting experience with PL/SQL, Python, or batch scripting is required; OIL scripting is advantageous.
- Experience integrating with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor and with data integration tools such as SAP PI, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
- Experience with complex BOM, load-building planning, dynamic deployment, large-scale global supply chain transformation programs, and cross-time-zone team management is preferred.
- Blue Yonder ESP or SCPO certification is highly desirable; SPARQ solver, other Blue Yonder modules, and Anaplan knowledge are advantageous.
- Strong communication, leadership, client-facing, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, prioritization, and delivery skills are required.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid implementation methodologies is preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively in a multicultural, dynamic environment and manage assignments under pressure and short deadlines.
