Responsibilities
- Develop systems for reliable observability in Databricks environments.
- Facilitate data publishing for framework teams across Databricks.
- Lead large milestones from the observability roadmap.

- Drive integration with tools in the data warehousing ecosystem.
Requirements
- 6+ years of production-level experience in Java, Scala, Python, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record in architecting and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong software engineering maturity in security, correctness, and operational excellence.
- Platform mindset for building and advocating for software platforms.
- Strong cross-functional skills for engaging with internal and external customers.
