Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications using Pega Platform.
- Gather and analyze application development requirements with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop optimized and usable solutions.
- Participate in testing, debugging, code reviews, and peer feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and participate actively in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 4 years of experience with Pega Platform is required.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform is mandatory.
- Understanding of business process management and workflow automation is required.
- Familiarity with application integration techniques and tools is required.
- Mandatory CSA and CSSA certifications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
