Base Salary
$312k - $356k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead team-level technical strategy and execution over multi-quarter time horizons.
- Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems.
- Uplevel engineers across the organization by raising the technical bar.
- Collaborate across disciplines to understand the healthcare domain and iterate on projects.
- Protect users’ privacy and security through engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience leading teams of engineers with demonstrated impact on technical strategy.
- Generalist software engineering mindset and willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents, including Claude Code.
- Ability to learn quickly and mentor others.
- Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance.
- Commitment to a high-performing, mission-driven, accountable, and feedback-oriented team.
Benefits
