Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain processes for building and deploying software-defined networking solutions on AWS.
- Enhance the Kubernetes compute platform by integrating new functionalities and features.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices in observability.
- Act as a product owner for infrastructure, collecting feedback and developing solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure and platform development.
- Proficient in writing production-grade software using modern languages like Python.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.
- Well-versed in AWS networking services and cloud-native design principles.
- Experienced with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Cloudformation.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and Linux systems.
- Skilled in configuring and managing Nginx as a reverse proxy and load balancer.
- Knowledgeable in deploying and managing cloud solutions like Cloudflare or Fastly.
