Responsibilities
- Resolve customer and employee technical issues involving hardware, software, and procedures.
- Provide timely technical support, customer updates, and thorough issue resolution.
- Develop, test, integrate, troubleshoot, and debug software applications on client sites.
- Architect and implement critical software components and casino games.
- Apply company standards, software design principles, and design patterns to build robust software.
- Research and incorporate new technologies into systems and products.
- Develop and administer databases, ETL processes, data marts, data warehouses, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Provide guidance on software architecture, coding standards, and technical system issues.
- Review and verify the work of engineers, designers, and technicians.
- Mentor members of a multi-person development team.
- Maintain and update technical knowledge bases and recommend process improvements based on client needs.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
- Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
- Functional knowledge of the MSBI Stack, including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and SharePoint.
- Advanced scripting with T-SQL stored procedures and performance tuning of complex, high-volume queries.
- Administrative experience with SQL Server.
- Experience administering Tableau Server and designing Tableau dashboards.
- Experience with .NET, C#, JSON, RabbitMQ, NGNX, and casino gaming.
- Strong software architecture, coding, troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and technical support capabilities.
