Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain business applications and framework components.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design discussions, code reviews, and software lifecycle practices.
- Develop and maintain tools, integrations, and automation solutions for hardware and software processes.
- Mentor and support developers through knowledge sharing, training, and technical guidance.
- Gather business requirements, produce estimates, create solution designs, and lead small to medium-sized development initiatives.
- Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance to end users and business stakeholders.
- Improve coding standards, development practices, system performance, and operational processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a specialized or industry-related environment.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, SQL/T-SQL, relational databases, BPMs, BAQs, and Application Studio.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices including coding standards, source control, code reviews, build processes, and testing.
- Experience with requirements gathering, project estimation, solution design, functional testing, and regression testing.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Epicor ERP/Kinetic, Epicor Administration Console, ECM, IDC, Quick Ship, Salesforce, and BarTender experience are preferred.
